With the social transition of China, social contradictions and social issues become increasingly prominent, and varieties of events and issues continue to stimulate the sensitive nerves of Internet users, triggering round after round of discussions. Micro Blog develops rapidly since2010. Lots of hot events react in it. The reason why public opinion events continue to emerge in Micro Blog is that the interaction of social movements, psychological changes of Internet users, changes of the media environment and characteristics of Micro Blog itself. Due to these several factors, the function of Micro Blog in Internet public opinion has become increasingly prominent, and it has become the first big Public opinion field that Internet users discuss and express views.This article takes the characteristics and relationships of public opinion and Micro Blog as a starting point, analyzing public opinion ecology in Micro Blog. According to the analysis of the events forming Micro Blog opinion, author summarizes the characteristics of Micro Blog. Further, author takes Yang Dacai’s event as an example to analyze the generation and evolution of public opinion of Micro Blog according with the time dimension. The generation and evolution of public opinion of Micro Blog is divided into five periods:generation, diffusion, remission, and subsidence. According to analyzing the characteristics and manifestations of public opinion, author summarizes a few factors that push the generation and evolution of public opinion of Micro Blog In the process.At the same time, there are some problems in the process of building public opinion field of Micro Blog. The fragmentation of dissemination, the prevalence of rumors, the lack of rationality in discussion and expression, and the low credibility of the government make this Platform not yet perfected. We must avoid and resolve these issues as soon as possible. Therefore, author puts forward the strategy at the end of this article for these points. With the changing of Micro Blog and Internet public opinion, the author’s analysis and recommendations may not comprehensive.
