The Research Of The Operation Pattern Of Vivid Media

The Chinese private television enterprises is the product of separation between producing from broadcasting.Ther are also an important part of the separation between producing from broadcasting.The separation of broadcasts system is very beneficial to the development of the private television enterprises.The Chinese private television enterprises appeared in1980s.After20years of development,they have have begun to take shape, and formed some unique development mode and profit mode.The specialized division of labor and scientific management can effectively improving the quality of TV programs.But, in fact, private television enterprises suffer a series of policies in developing bottleneck.The current policy regulations of the state rule that private enterprises are unable to set up their own terminal TV platform,which cause them been passive in the process of cooperation with state-run television station.It is significant to correctly analyse the development status of private television enterprises.And it is also meaningful to comb and summarize the operation mode of private television enterprises.By this way,we can explore a method to push the government to promulgate more targeted media policy.Vivid Media founded in2006,when it was "extensive" commissioned with the television station.Then in2008,it begun independently investing,producting and operating.Now in2012,it commissioned the program named "Voice" with CCTV1. Vivid Media has constantly adjusted its operate mode for7years.On the other hand,"commissioning" is in the transition from "extensive" to "collaborative". Producers are no longer accept unilateral broadcast instruction, but rather more involved in program planning-implementation-the media promotion.It is easy to see the development trend of the operate mode of private television enterprises.From February2012to April2013, the author worked in Vivid Media,where to fully participate in the program named "Voice". During the one-year work,the author has collected a mass of primary data. This paper is an attempt to discusses the development direction of the Chinese private television enterprises,by analysing the programme formats and operation mode of Vivid Media.
