Since our country established "institution, enterprise management" the media business model, media have entered the comprehensive competitive era. The ratings and release rate have become the focus concern of the mass media. So media try a variety of means to win as much as possible for their share of the market. For TV media, all kinds of variety shows play an important role to increase the ratings, especially some reality TV shows. These shows not only have created a number of grassroots stars, but also brought many talent shows in different shapes, and they have become the "new favorite" of many television stations. Different forms, different content of reality show fill screen. But, no matter how change the forms of reality TV shows, their constituent elements are largely the same. According to the classification of professor Yin, there are seven elements in reality TV shows. They are participants who are the subject of the story; suspense to promote the development of programs, audience and story; competition to form relationships and changes of plot; selection rules to lead to dramatic twist of participants’fate; subjunctive rules of time and space to take shape the story; on-spot record to form the basic process of the shows; artistic processing to strengthen the story.Among them, the participant element in the reality show is one of the most important elements, and all of the other elements are the complementary roles to make sure the participants catching more eyes of audiences as more as possible. So the participants should be some characteristic and representative people. They need to represent a group of people and become a curious object of a specific group, so as to attract a group of people, and only when the participants have dramatic stories or their performance to make the audience feel curious, they will continue to be noticed, also will bring a virtuous cycle of the ratings. As well as representative and dramatic, of course, the participants also can adapt to the rules of the game, can show their personality, ability in the restrictive rules and so on."The Voice of China" is also a reality show, also formed by the seven basic elements. The main participants are tutors, and players. Among them, players are the most important participants, therefore, this article will choose the players of this show as the breakthrough point, wield "structured" theory. The aim is to reveal the television production companies, Canxing zhizuo which is a private television production company how to succeed in the weak state of reality TV shows, how to make breakthrough with many restrictive and bad policy in the current circumstances. What’s more, this article also tries to explore what new business models Canxing has created for these television production companies.
