High-speed railway integrated dispatching system is a complex system composed of several sub-systems. It consists of seven sub-systems and simulation training subsystem, transportation planning, traffic control, the motor train-set scheduling, power supply scheduling, maintenance, security monitoring and passenger services. Each major subsystem of hardware platform, operating system and application software platform are different. And each subsystem is also scattered to different geographical location, so the high-speed railway integrated dispatching system is a highly heterogeneous and distributed systems. How to ensure real-time, reliability, security and good openness, extensibility, and scalability of each sub-system when integrating becomes an important problem of the construction of the high-speed railway integrated dispatching system.In order to solve this problem, this paper presents a SOA solution based on SCA/SDO specification. First, management structure and network structure of high-speed railway dispatching system are analyzed, and the main function of each dispatching sub-system and the information interaction between each subsystem are concluded. Then, the main techniques for the construction of the high-speed railway integrated dispatching system are studied, including thought, web services, SOA, SCA/SDO specification, the ESB and the Java EE platform. Then the high-speed railway integrated dispatching system under a distributed SOA architecture integration architecture is proposed based on SCA/SDO specification. This structure eliminates the system bottleneck of high cost and makes the system more in line with the open and distributed of SOA. At the same time, the function of power dispatching subsystem and service design are completed based on SCA/SDO specification. Finally, power supply integration of scheduling sub-systems are realized using Tuscany on Java EE platform based on SCA/SDO specification which is discussed in detail using the scheduling sub-system as an example. The realization of Power supply scheduling sub-system SOA running platform, the realization of temporary stop sending plan service, integration of power supply scheduling subsystem services and the ESB, security requirements of services implementation based on SCA, etc. are included.The methods mentioned in this paper fully embody the open and distributed characteristics of SOA, and the implementation is simple. It is a certain reference value to the design and implementation of the high-speed railway integrated dispatching system in China.
