With the continuously development of China’s national economy and the increasing social traffic volume, the railway passenger volume has a rapid development. According to China’s Medium and Long-term Railway Development Planning, China will build more than12000km high-speed railway lines for passenger traffic. To adopt the characteristics of high-speed railway lines for passenger traffic like high-speed, high density and huge passenger flow, it is a critical target to build a convenient, efficient and comfortable passenger service system, while the integrated management platform is the core of the passenger service system.This article analyse and study on the development status, characteristics, mainly existing problems and development trend of China’s high-speed railway passenger service system. By researching and analysis of domestic existing station passenger service system, combined with the advance foreign experiences, it analyzes the business entity of the integrated management platform and summarizes the different requirements of passengers and station staffs. It also defines the business function scope of sub-systems and rebuilds the business model of integrated management platform and provides general design theory and generally technical guidline. It generally designs the integrated management platform from different aspects by using4+1views (logic view, physics view, data view, and developement view+business scenario). It has important and reality meaning for the further construction of integrated management platform of China’s railway passenger service system and can also serves as a reference for making up other integrated system solutions.
