With the development of automatics,there are increasing needs for automation upgrading in the area of production and warehouse logistics.Recently mobile robots are widely used in warehouse logistics.Therefore it is of significance to research intelligent dynamic dispatching system for high speed and high precision AGV.In this paper,the intelligent dynamic dispatching system of high-speed and high-precision AGV is studied and designed around the following aspects,based on specific enterprise projects.According to the specific needs of the enterprise project,the specific working mode of the dispatching system is described in detail and the mathematical model of the logistics system is established.Aiming at the important function of dispatching system:path planning method,this paper focuses on the research.The process and shortcomings of the traditional Astar algorithm are analyzed.Based on the traditional Astar algorithm,optimization and improvement are made to minimize the number of inflection points in path planning.Meanwhile,a method to improve the efficiency of the algorithm is proposed.Experiments show that the improved Astar algorithm proposed in this paper is effective by comparing the number of inflection points and operation time between the traditional algorithm and the improved algorithm.The improved Astar algorithm is applied to the path planning of the dispatching system,which lays an important foundation for realizing the working goal of the dispatching system.The central dispatching system software is designed,which integrates system management,equipment management,inquiry statistics,task allocation,path planning,traffic control,condition monitoring and other functions,and achieves the dispatching requirements of the project.The experimental environment is built,and the AGV car model ZZAGV313 and the dispatching system software designed in this paper are used to test the feasibility and reliability of the system.
