The development goal of transportation dispatching for modern enterprise railway using information technology is for improvement on the capability of acquiring, transferring and sharing information. Information technology has become the most important basis of constructing modern transportation dispatching systems for enterprise railway. So studying on this field with persistent effort accords with the progress trend.In China, enterprise railway is facing a great pressure that the amount of transportation is becoming heavier and heavier. Lots of enterprises are ready to reduce the number of their employees and have an urgent need of rebuilding their technology of transportation dispatching using information technology. The work of this dissertation is developped in above serious situation. This dissertation introduces the particularity of transportation dispatching for modern enterprise railway, studies the technology characteristics of the integrated transportation dispatching system for enterprise railway, proposes the basic structure and component subsystems of this kind system. Those subsystems include the computer interlocking system for the railway signal, the centralized traffic control (CTC) system, the dispatching supervision system (DSS), the information system for wireless locomotive shunting and the information system of goods logistics. Their functions are described in detail.In the dissertation, aiming at the requirements of security and reliability of the interlocking system, a valid form for expressing logic, which combines dynamic logic with static logic, and a new redundancy structure called Single Interface-Interlock-Check-Redundancy (SI-I-C-R) are proposed, They can improve the failure-security of the interlocking system. On the basis of error analysis and calibration for the digital track denotation module, the dissertation also establishes an improved method of judging track denotation states, which helps to upgrade the measuring reliability and security of the track denotation. The dissertation analyzes the complexity of event driving in the process of flat shunting and the limitation of description with natural languages from the point of view of discrete event dynamic systems (DEDS). Therefore a description for flat shunting systems with automaton models is suggested. In detail, the relationships between a flat shuntingsystem and Timed Automata (TA), Pushdown Automata (PDA) and Communicating Finite State Machine (CFSM) are discussed. On the basis of explaining the partition of states, the data structure and the flow of state transition, a design method of flat shunting systems based on automaton models is built.In the chapter about the information system for wireless locomotive shunting, the dissertation gives a kind of algorithm for the locomotive speed limitation in some special areas, explains the importance of replaying locomotive state data and voice data synchronously. On the basis of building a group of data structure for voice record, the dissertation presents a method of replaying synchronously in the shortcut mode and the continuance mode. In order to reduce the amount of background noise data within the period of locomotive running, the dissertation tests an algorithm of combining filtering method, energy method and auto correlation function method, achieves a better result of background noise suppression.The dissertation frames the system structure, functions and the work flow of the information system of goods logistics for enterprise railway, explains the relationships with computer interlocking, CTC, DSS, wireless locomotive shunting, train code recognition, electronic tickets of goods and the ERP. In the dissertation, UML is adopted for producing the model of the information system of goods logistics, and an algorithm for train code tracking and goods logistics tracking is presented. The dissertation also discusses the process of intelligent organizing of shunting trip plans, suggests a design framework for it, introduces the design idea of the task parsing module and the reasoning module.
