| This thesis is about the design and implementation of TD-LTE/TD-SCDMA dual-mode handover test cases based on TD-LTE terminal RRM conformance test system. And the content is arranged as follows:The Chapter One firstly introduces the background knowledge and subject source of this thesis. And then a grief introduction is given on the research work the author has done. Finally, the structure of this thesis is presented to guide the readers.The Chapter Two introduces the main features of the TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA air interface protocol stack, the background knowledge about Radio Resource Management (RRM) and terminal RRM conformance test. In the end, a TD-LTE terminal RRM test system and its hardware and software architecture is explained for readers’better understanding of this thesis.The Chapter Three firstly analyzes the principles and algorithms of TD-LTE/TD-SCDMA inter-RAT handover and how the inter-RAT handover procedures are operated in the real network. Secondly, by analyzing the test requirement, test environment and parameter configuration defined in3GPP36.521-3, the detailed procedures of the test case are designed and showed by flow chart.The Chapter Four elaborates the process of the realization of the test cases, including the interface design, configuration of key parameters and some issues encountered in the process of debugging. In the end, the test result is summarized and analyzed.The Chapter Five is the summary of the whole thesis and the prospect of terminal RRM conformance test. |
