As one of the standards of the 3rd generation mobile telecommunication, TD-SCDMA system introduces a series of key technologies, which make this standard more preponderant in the businesses competition of mobile network providers. From the network providers' point of view, some certain technologies are more concerned, for example, some can improve the QoS of the network, when some can save the power of the base-station. So the items, which mentioned before, smart antenna, joint detect, relay handover and power control are discussed in this article.Not only the theories of these technologies are illuminated, and for more clear understanding of the effect of these technologies, some of cases in the trial, which were tested on-air, are also explained. The analyses of the results of the cases are significative for the further research of the network programming or network optimizing in the mobile telecommunication.
