LTE and its evolution version are considered to be the wireless-communication trend in the future. Based on their transmission message, the channel divided into data channel and control channel in physical layer. According to the transmission direction, the channel can be divided into downlink channel and uplink channel. The reliable data transmission needs the support of control channel. PDCCH carry the control information which is used to detect PDSCH and to transmit PUSCH. As long as the terminal obtain the DCI, it may detect the PDSCH and transmit the PUSCH correctly. PUCCH carryies schedule request indication, ACK/NACK feedback information and CQI feedback. Base station configures time-frequency resources, modulation and coding scheme and MIMO scheme depending on the control information.Based on the design and implementation of PUSCH/PDSCH, the paper completes the design and implementation of PDDCH and PUCCH based on general purpose processor(GPP). For the detecting of PDCCH, this paper mainly studies the MIMO detection, QPSK demodulation and the blind algorithm of DCI detection, which is the main point. Considering the conditions and requirements of the general engineering realization, choose simple MIMO detection algorithm and QPSK demodulation algorithm. For the blind detection of DCI, this paper studies two schemes in the general engineering. For the detection of PUCCH, this paper mainly studies the PUCCH multi-user detection and CQI decoding algorithm. The multi-user detection mainly gives the the algorithm of channel estimation for PUCCH. To CQI’s decoding algorithm, the FHT decoding algorithm is studied.As for the blind detection for DCI, based on the above two schemes, the paper proposes a new detection scheme when one terminal needs to detect2DCI. The new scheme have a certain reference value to design LTE system. In the multi-user detection, the paper gives a new channel estimation algorithm when multi-user PUCCHs is transmitted in the same resource using code division multiplexing. Especially for format2/2a/2b PUCCH, the algorithm has an important reference value.
