Design And Implementation Of Population Information Collection System

In light of requirements by the population and family planning commission ofthe state and Xinjiang Uyghur autonomous region, the population information systemcan provide basic population information of the region, family planning managementinformation, as well as work information required by other higher organs throughdifferent ways, and can receive and process the "problem data "information, citizenidentity card number information, business feedback information that fed back byautonomous region demographic information library; the system can complete theupgrading work of Xinjiang population information system and network, and provideinformation data support to the national, autonomous regional demographicinformation repository according to the complete, accurate and fresh demands.In view of the requirements of the population and family planning commission ofXinjiang autonomous region, Xinjiang electronic research institute strictly follows therequests of overall architecture and data standard system of "Jin Ren Program", whichis established by national population and family planning commission, the researchinstitute builds the Xinjiang whole population integrated management informationsystem combined with the Xinjiang actual business needs and applicationrequirements.The system includes seven modules: population informationmanagement module, business change management module, guide servicemanagement module, integrated query management module, decision analysis andmanagement module, business monitoring and management module, systemmaintenance and management module.This paper studies the design and implementation of population informationmanagement module, population information management module includes thecapture card recording function, demographic information editing function,childbearing information management function, and document number managementfunction. Population information management module provides the original data forthe first time recording and the change recording of the system capture card, and thelate query and summary of the system.
