At present, the application system based on total population informationmanagement has been established basically in our country. But the unevenInformatization level caused by economic development level, slow softwaredevelopment and so on has seriously affected and restricted the overall developmentof information constructionof population and family planning. Under the backgroundof increasingly mature computer technology, communication technology and networktechnology, we can vigorously promote the total population informationizationmanagement to resolve the dilemma of population management.The full popultion repository community information collection and servicesystem is divided into the overall population information service platform (hereinafterreferred to as the national side) and the community information collection platform(hereinafter referred to as the community side). This paper mainly introduces thedesign and implementation of the community side.This paper’s work includes:(1) The paper analyzes and reserches the previous management informationsystem to realize its usual technology and development programs, and understand theinner workings of the C/S and B/S mode and database technology. On this basis, thispaper determines the development plan of the system according to the strongcharacteristics of the population dispersion and liquidity. In this paper we achieve thedetailed needs analysis of the system and determine the specific function of thesystem according to the functional requirements, the business requirements andperformance requirements. This paper carries out a detailed analysis and design of thesystem from a technological perspective, and studies the flexibility and so on.(2) In order to improve the security, manageability and maintainability of thesystem, the system uses3-tier C/S architecture and Access database、C++Builderprogramming language. The System is divided into the presentation layer, functionlayer and data layer, and greatly enhances the scalability and maintainability. The C++Builder has friendly graphical interface and can realize the real-time data acquisitionand subsequent processing to meet the operability and manageability.(3) This paper completes the three-dimensional display of the community map. It is finishes using ArcGIS combined with Google SketchUp. We can query thebuildings, houses, personnel information through the three-dimensional map, andmanage the population information more intuitively.
