With the promotion of safety requirement in automobile traffic, the vehicle are allequipped with the Supplemental Restraint System which includes the sensor, the airbagcontroller unit, gas generator and an airbag composition. The airbag electronic control unitis the heart of the system. And the stability and reliability of the system is directlydepended on the ACU.This design is a pre-delivery test equipment of ACU, including the right identificationof external sensor signals and loads to ensure the ACU can work properly. The innerstructure is so complex that it difficult to do "One-Stop" detection in the factory, Thebiggest innovation of this design is that it can avoid damage to ACU or find the originfaults in the ACU. It could also simulate the real environment in vehicle, and be able toswitch the external load freely, and the same time, communicate with the measured productby CAN, K-Line, etc. The equipment must comply with the internal communicationprotocol strictly, in such a way; it can obtain the permission to modify the ACU in urgenttime.This design has many advantages other than the above. It is portable and easy tooperate. It is a suitcase design, the electronic parts and mechanical parts are in a case. Theelectronic parts can communicate with PC through the USB interface; friendly softwareinterface makes the device more applicable; the wireless function makes the equipmentupgrade easier and more secure.The system has been proved to complete all the test, truly realizes the aim of"One-Stop" testing, at the same time, each equipment is compatible with the entire range ofthe ACU, reduce the test cost in great extent.
