Control Software Design Of Placement Machine And Database Development

Placement machine is the most critical and complex equipment in the surface mountproduction. The research subject studied the QUAD QSP-2placement machine in SMTlaboratory of the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering College of Soochow University.The research further studied the database of placement machine and the control software ofplacement machine, and writer hope can make a contribution to the placement softwarelocalization.The main work in the research subject is divided into three parts. The first partresearchs the hardware system of placement machine, analyses the structures and controlunits of hardware modules, and builds placement machine computer control system. Thesecond part designs the placement machine database management system. At first writeranalyses the role and function of the database, then designs the database based onplacement machine data information. After that, writer develops the placement machinedatabase management system using ADO technology in VC++environment. The third partdesigns placement machine control system software. Write the underlying drive controlcodes of all modules, and then design the man-machine interface of the software.Through repeat the tests and modifications, the research completed the database ofplacement machine and the other modules, and coordinated control the various componentsto complete automatic pick-and-place operation. The research has some practical value.
