State Machine Design And Software Implementation Of Placement Machine

Nowadays, Surface mount technology has become a mainstream crafts and technology in electronics assembly industry, and placement machine is the most sophisticated and most important equipment in surface mount process, so how to improve the efficiency of the placement machine is of great significance. In this paper, operational management and control of the placement machine were studied, the design of finite state machine model when placement machine working is carried out based on finite state machine theory, combined with the daily work background and the actual needs of the placement machine, then this finite state machine model be implemented in PC software of placement machine. Specific work contents are as follows:(1) The state of placement machine working is abstracted into three types of state combined with the daily work background, and based on the actual workflow needs to abstract the actual states of placement machine in each state type.(2) The user’s button operation and occurrence of failure are abstracted as input elements of state machine model, a state machine model for the placement machine is established according to the state transition rule designed by each actual state and input elements of the placement machine.(3) In order to implement the actual management and control of the placement machine, the input elements of the state machine model are extended to the action process according to the actual working requirement of the placement machine, combined with the hardware driver to design the action process and the running results of action process as the actual input elements of the state machine model drive the transfers of state machine’s states.(4) In the overall framework of the PC software, the state machine model design of the placement machine is implemented in the PC software: Firstly, according to the state machine model, the implementation process and communication mechanism design of the state machine part of the PC software are completed; Then combined with the design of the communication mechanism of placement machine, each layer is implemented in the communication module of software.
