Placement machine equipment is the symbol of the modern electronic manufacturing equipment, on the mechanical, optical, electronic, automation and computer, and many other disciplines, involving the high speed and high precision control, precision machining, precision visual inspection and core technology such as computer integrated manufacturing, is a typical machine integration of photoelectric high-tech fields. SMT machine system integrated development is a complex project, involving the organization of the various modules and a sound system of hardware and software platform.First of all, the paper briefly introduces the placement machine control system’s development present situation and future development trend both at home and abroad, gives the placement machine design of the control system of the foundation, the foundation of the placement machine are introduced, including the placement machine’s working principle, working process and the mechanical structure. Analysis of the placement machine core components-the structure characteristics of the opening. Placement machine control system hardware platform was designed and established with the PC+ motion control screens as the core of open motion control system. Placement machine task management software are analyzed, including the main interface, sub menu, the debug interface function module design and operating process.
