Baler packaged strip is a narrow strip packaging material having a higher tensilestrength and a certain elongation. With the rapid development of our country, the marketdemand of packaged strip is more and more increasing.But its production conditions aredemanding, its control process is multifarious, and it needs a large upfront investment, sonot many domestic manufacturers produce it. Therefore, the study of low-cost, highefficiency and a higher degree of automation of the production has important engineeringsignificance and value for the technological transformation or a new system.The issuesinvolving the packaged strip production line can be simultaneously10package of highstrength steel strip production due to merging tempered, quenched and winding lines andslitting lines into a one-stop production line. It’s less investment and pollution-free, coversa small space, energy saving and has a high production efficiency, a useful applicationprospect and practical value.This project comes from a horizontal issue.Firstly,it develops a scheme of theelectrical control system and designs a hybrid network control system based on profibusand profinet; Then according to the manufacturer’s request,I a minimum electrical controlsystem experimental platform has been developed, including the design of the platformscheme, the introduction of the major functional modules, hardware configuration and thedesign of the electrical control circuit, hardware and software configuration and debugging,and eventually achieves synchronous and coordinate operation of the multi-axis.Experiments show that the platform can meet the requirements of the process and timing ofthe production line and can provide technical support for the system field wiring andcommissioning; Finally, this article gives main designs of the electrical control circuit, andthe control principles and procedures of speed chain, the micro tension of rewinding andthe closed-loop temperature control of the induction furnace of the production lineelectrical control system.
