With fire incidents occur frequently at home and abroad, peoplewho reside in high—rise concern more and more to the safe problem. So this paper put forward a kind of circular chain-ladder equipment that can be driven down by people's weight .The escape problem can be resolved successfully with the equipment in danger, but the key problem is speed control. This paper has designed a kind of intelligentized controller to control descent speed of chain-ladder so that chain-ladder can descend at even speed.During the study , This paper put forward to a method to control descent speed of circular chain-ladder based on the Permanent—Magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) , and the basic model of control system is established.Fuzzy-PID controlller applied to circular chain-ladder are designed based on interrelated knowledge of PID control and fuzzy control, and it are simulated by Matlab and compared with general PID control.The research shows that Fuzzy-PID is incompletely dependent of the system model,and it is prior to general PID control in response speed and stable precision and restraint ability against the interference. and the Fuzzy-PID control has better robust capability. It offers a valid way to resolve the question that the model is set up complicatedly or difficultly. This control system take microprocessor AT89C52 as a core,and useadvanced language C51.It realizes the goal to control descent speed ofchain ladder more intelligentized.
