The placement machine is the largest electronic manufacturing equipment that plays an important role in the highest-tech content, the production capacity and efficiency of assembling in the production line. It is a complex optical, mechanical, electrical and gas integrated system. Secondly, the writer has studied the hardware of visual system and the methods of control, involving the select of light source, the designation of imaging system, the select of CCD and image capture card. Tirdly, the pitch datas were imported into the control system.Subsequently, the writer has researched the coordinated control methods of the various modules.
