Research On Workflow-Supporting Environment And Its Application In Operation Tickets System

Operation ticket is an important instruction of switching operation as to day-to-day maintenance and the alteration of the operation mode of the power system, formulating the operation tickets is an important means to ensure the safety of the power system, performing the operation tickets is an important safety measures to prevent the misoperation. In the day-to-day work, the formulation, the edit and the verification of the operation tickets is a complex process which needs people from different departments to work together, for this reason it causes the inefficiency in practice. At the same time, the change of the demand and development difficulties with the change of operation tickets process, are becoming a common problem encountered by the current projects.How to use modern information technology to improve the efficiency of the operation tickets system in the power automation system has become an urgent problem to be solved. And for its advantage on the automation of business process, workflow technology has become a new technical highlight, which can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprises and has good prospects for development.The introduction of workflow technology can be targeted to solve the problem of such applications and be helpful to get the operation tickets system in the actual needs. Firstly, on the basis of research on workflow technology, this paper explores how the operation tickets system turn the process into the workflow model which computer can handle, that is, to use the reference model of WfMC(Workflow Management Coalition) and jBPM(Java business process Management) to get the definition of a business process. Then this paper proposes development methods, researches how the workflow technology provides a supportive environment for the operation tickets system, and completes the upgrade of the system, gets the automatic transferred process which is flexible, convenient, can be customized.The success of combination of the operation ticket system and the workflow technology, not only benefits the current operation tickets system, but also has reference value to other systems with more complex processes.
