Power facilities operation maintenance is a basic work of the power industry, it provides a lot of supports for the safe operation of the power equipment.The job of Line running involves a lot of contents,such as both running data managements and on-site equipments patrol and normal maintenance to ensure the safe operation of the equipments.This paper gives a design of data input automatically by coding by AutoIt which is a computer language major in simulating the keyboard and mouse output. The idea comes from the normal works that something works in the way of relative mechanical and it takes most of the business time, such as equipment parameter input works.The design works as an output script editing software to simulate manual input to maintain the electrical data of electrical equipment automatically. actually, it can improve the work efficiency, reduce working intensity. On the other hand,the automatically input for photos on the surrounding of the equipments,a part of the design, do good help,especially when the photos on thesurrounding of the equipment are updated on time. Actually, these photos play a good role in rush repairing and equipments maintaining.On the other hand it is found in the practical work that the surrounding of equipment plays a role in suggesting which kind of latent danger to safe operation.In the case of lack of cases, this paper tries, through the grey gluster for equipment with its surrounding, to correlate the relationship between them, to find out how it be affected by the outside world. Then make use of ant colony algorithm to apply to the daily and failure patrols to improve the efficiency of patrols.
