Each country has different characteristics in the office system,and China is no exception.In the category of enterprises and institutions in China,the central and state-owned enterprises often have a huge organizational structure and a large number of companies.With the advent and rapid development of the Internet,the Internet technology has been continuously improved,especially for the network office of enterprises,which has become an important part of the office system in the development of the information age.In this thesis,the main content is analyzed in detail(1)The system development tools and related technologies used in the system are introduced in detail.This thesis describes the relevant technical requirements.According to the application requirements,it adopts the core computer technology in the information age,such as asp.net,data mining technology Ajax technology,which is now more advanced computer technology.(2)This thesis focuses on the detailed introduction of system requirements analysis.According to the needs of different employees of the company for the practical application of the system,further study the needs of the system,understand the overall business needs of the system;and divide and introduce the main functional modules of the system according to the needs of employees,so as to facilitate the understanding of the system.(3)The OA system is introduced,and its function and database are introduced and explained from different angles.At the same time,with the whole OA system as the main line,the setting process of different functional modules in the system is combined with the deep analysis of research requirements.The key module in the system is a comprehensive exploration from the overall perspective,and describes the relationship and class diagram between objects and entities through the simulation of some real occurrence scenarios.Finally,the table structure of the whole database is introduced in detail according to all modules.(4)Mainly completed the detailed implementation of OA management system,including the implementation of each module,the core code and implementation interface of important functions.(5)Implement and test each module of OA system.The system in the currentversion corresponds to the original settings,and all functions can be used as usual.Then,the system has been arranged as early as possible,and some attempts have been made on some functions.This thesis mainly completed how to establish an office automation system that meets the requirements of national laws and regulations and can promote the rapid and good development of enterprises.This system can not only reduce the cost,but also enable enterprises to have a higher comprehensive strength,so that enterprises can have a greater strength.In the design of the system,the requirements for the performance of the OA system are emphasized,and the performance is designed according to these requirements.
