The research and development of computer-aided operating-tickets management system is always an important field of electrical automation. How to draw operation-tickets without faults is an significance issue for transformer substation's everyday work and management. Based on the analysis of computer-aided operating-tickets management system's present development situation, this paper designed an Intelligent Operation-tickets System based on Agent, using technique of agents and multi-agents system(MAS). Using a primary connection diagram drawing system based on scalable vector graphics (SVG), Intelligent Operation-tickets System combined intelligent ticket drawing and graphs' management, improved the normalization of electric visualization and make data exchange and sharing more convenient.Intelligent Operation-tickets System use connection diagram help drawing operation-tickets, it works by the cooperation of several agents based on graph's real time topology information and operating rules of electrical equipment. This paper designed a multi-agents system consists of agents to generate operation serials automatically, checking agent and explain agent. This paper described electrical operation rules as primary equipment operating rules and 'typical five' rules. Primary equipment operating rules apply to transformer operation agent, bus operation agent and switch operation agent, while 'typical five' rules apply to checking agent. Operation-tickets are drawed automatically by the cooperation of those agents.As a further development, this paper implement a operation-tickets management system, which could manage informations of electrical equipments, electrical primary connection diagrams, operation-tickets, system configure parameters and users. Following the model of electrical island, Intelligent Operation-tickets System describs topology information of scalable vector graphics using dis-jointed sets and adjacency list data structrue. All the operating mission types, operating rules, nomenclature and equipments information could be configured by system users. This function not only satisfied individual requirements of diffirent kinds of users, but also improves the commonality of Intelligent Operation-tickets System a lot.
