With the development of network technology, the application of information technology for enterprises has become an important tool. How to utilize information technology methods to better serve enterprises has become a strategic tool for the modernization development of current enterprises and the enhancement of the industry position. The information application has already become a trend in the development of all walks of life. The popularization of information application technology give rise to the enterprises’encountering increasing information management problems, consequently, in some cases it may even become a stumbling block for enterprises’ development. Therefore, the rational usage of information means has turned into the urgent need for the enterprises’ effective and reasonable management.In the light of the enterprises’ needs, the paper analyzes the the basic needs of the current network management, and realizes the design and implementation of the network monitoring system in accordance with the above demands. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. Research the demands of enterprise’s network infrastructure management and specify the direction of system design to stress the pertinence.2. Design a four layer system structure model:the user interaction layer, the data interaction layer, the system operation layer and the database layer.3. Based on the C#language and set NET as a platform to establish architecture approach with the combination of C/S and B/S.4. Using techniques such as PING protocol and SNMP protocol to realize network scanning and information retrieval functions.5. Using the MIB repository for relevant equipment information to make up for the incapable of traditional network management software for obtaining the second line host information under the NAT network.6. Using the API interface of Baidu map to achieve the visualization display of information.7. Establishing the database storage structure through the utilization of the Microsoft SQL Server2000.The system mainly divides into four respective parts, namely, the data entry module, the system scanning module, the data acquisition module and the user management module. The managing contents contain the information management functions of equipment network, which mainly reflects in the information management such as IP address, network account password, geographic coordinates, equipment location, as well as other functions, i.e. host information viewer in NAT network, warning message viewer, display of visual interface and user management.The ultimate goal of the paper is utilizing the information technology means to fully meet the demands of the enterprise within the existing network infrastructure management, and through the combination of network scanning and the SNMP communication protocols with Baidu Maps API to achieve the enterprise’s existing network monitoring, management of the equipment and then into visualization. In addition, try to enable the uniformity, efficiency and convenience for the management of network equipment. At the same time, the usage of the management tools enables to bring practical operability, as well as real-time supervision and monitoring for the management enterprise, and finally truly bring about effectiveness before improving the enterprises’management standard and level.
