The Research Of Chinese Abbreviations Of Internet Sports Based On Corpus

This thesis takes abbreviations of Internet sports news from2012to2013as the main objects of study. We use the corpus to statistics and analyse these abbreviations. We summarize the characteristiscs, the principle of generation, development tendency and the differences comparing to other methods of brief expressions. We’re aim at providing the theoretical basis for Chinese information processing, the principle for news writing and the help for the career of teaching Chinese vocabulary as a foreign language.Chapter1. Introduction.We introduce the main problems we intend to solve, give the reason of writing this thesis on the abbreviations of Internet sports news, the research situation of abbreviations and the abbreviations of Internet sports news, the contents, the meaning, the research methods, the innovation.Chapter2. Establishment and processing of corpus. We summarize the procedures of the establishment of corpus, including the principle of selecting, the arrangement, segmentation and proofreading of corpus. And we take an overview of corpus. We analyse the distribution of corpus from different angles such as syllabic length, kinds of sport and comparing to an abbreviation dictionary.Chapter3. The characteristiscs of abbreviations of Internet sports news. We discribe and analyse abbreviations of Internet sports news on syllabic length, parts of speech, word formation and rhetoric. We summarize the distinctive feature of abbreviations of Internet sports news to define abbreviations.Chapter4. The standardization of abbreviations of Internet sports news. We introduce the misuse and principle of abbreviations of Internet sports news. Then we give some useful suggestions to standardize these abbreviations from external and internal aspects.Chapter5. Epilogue. We summarize the current situation of application and development tendency of abbreviations of Internet sports news.
