Along with the blooming development of mobile network and broadban-d data technology, The services provided by telecom operators are changing from the initial narrowband voice and low-speed data service to high-speed and wireless one. Telecom operator’s traditional transmission bearer networks are mainly based on SDH/ATM network. SDH network, which is created on the base of TDM(Time Division Multiplexing) technology and capable of satisfying the need of traditional voice service, can not carry the broadband data service which has a very rigid requirement for high bandwidth. On the other side, because the ATM technology has fell in standstill for a while, few equipment manufacturers pay much attention to ATM devices’supporting services, resulting in higher and higher maintenance cost. Considering the above mentioned factors, to efficiently carry IP category data services and transfer the original service to the new network, telecom operators urgently need to construct an integrated service bearer network which can carry all type of services, expand easily, meet the needs of future progression and decrease the maintenance cost.Nowadays, the high-speed development of IP technology, softswitch, IMS switching technology makes everything overIP become possible. Operators have taken the ALL-IP network as the direction of their network and services transmission. Through in-depth and detail understanding of domestic and overseas IP bearer network, consulting relative technical literatures, the dissertation firstly researches the major technical points which are essential to the construction of the all-service integrated IP bearer network. Then, through a detailed analysis of the service needs of the IP bearer network of LinYi Unicom, the dissertation determines construction principles and drafts the network’s architecture and designing scheme. Finally, through deeply amd meticulously researching the specific embodiment of IP bearer network under current conditions, according to the Linyi Unicom’s requirements and actual business situation, the dissertation makes a very specific and clear plan on routing strategy, RR deployment, QoS deployment, service accessing, network contingency and security strategies to guarantee Linyi Unicom IP integrated services bearer network’s security, roubustness and extendibility.Currently, Linyi Unicom IP bearer network has been built and put into use. The whole network uses the ISIS protocol and deployment of ISIS FRR, BGP MPLS L3VPN technology and the unified RR reflection to carry voice and signaling network services, deploys BFD IP FRR and the BFD+VPNFRR to assure network reliability and guarantee QoS with DS, PQ+WFQ. It perfectly meets the needs of the company’s full-service development, enhances the Linyi Unicom network service capabilities and lays a solid foundation for the company to occupy a dominant position in the highly competitive telecommunications market.
