With the growing services needs and communication technical constant development, the traditional networking mode (based business and independent) of telecom operators can no longer meet further development of the needs of the future telecommunications business. The advantage of the IP network as a unified multi-service bearer platform has become increasingly evident. Therefore, to build carrier-class multi-service IP bearer network, to achieve the integration of fixed and mobile, voice, video, multimedia, and other multi-service unified bearing is the inevitable trend of development of the telecommunications network.IP private bearer network is China Mobile’s next-generation core carrier platform capable of supporting voice, video, data, enterprise interconnection and other service. In this paper, based the construction needs of Jingzhou mobile IP private bearer network, the author described and summarized the key technology of the IP bearer network. And in accordance with the characteristics and networking principle of the IP bearer network, Analysis of the IP bearer network from the network structure, the organization of the protocol, service deployment, and reliability realization. Proposed the Jingzhou Mobile IP bearer network planning and design scheme. Finally, according to the progress of China Mobile Limited, the author completes Jingzhou Mobile IP private bearer network project. Details are as follows:1.
