| Along with the rapid economic development, the demand of urban construction and the construction of infrastructure projects is also increasing, and the importance of building and construction industry in economic development has been significantly increased. Today the increased labor service enterprises has brought a great pressure to management of the labor enterprise. Now, the human information processing system is hard to adapt to the modern management which needs to collecte information fast and comprehensive, and is easy to cause the lateral information stuffed, and influences the coordination of each functional departments’work. Therefore how to supervise and manage the labor service enterprise effectively becomes a great important problem for China railway group managers. It needs an effective information management system to manage uniformly and efficiently. Based on the characteristics of production and management of the construction enterprise, the system is on the theoretical basis of system analysis engineering and cybernetics, and implements dynamic, quantitative management and effective control to the information, staff wages, enterprise evaluation of labor service enterprise in whole process.In this paper the process of design and implementation of labor service enterprise use management information system of China railway group is discussed.At first, the development background and prerequisite of labor service enterprise management is expounded, and the theoretical basis and practical significance of system development is defined., and system related research status at home and abroad are introduced, and the main technology that developing system relys on is summarized, and this paper’s main work objectives and organizational structure are introduced. Secondly, it gets and analyzes the detail requirement of the labor service enterprise use management system of China railway group. Later, based on requirement obtaining and requirement analysis, the function of system is designed in detail by using Struts2.0+Spring+Hibernate development framework, and combining the JS and CSS technology, to increase the interaction of system and consistency and beauty of interface. Then it designs the database of systems in detail. Finally, this paper describes the concrete realization of system and displays the function interface and part of the code. Eventually, labor service enterprise use management information system of China railway group designs and implements main functions such as labor service enterprise management, labor service enterprise evaluation, project management committee evaluation.contract management, supply and demand information management of the team,service personnel payroll management, etc. Labor service enterprise evaluation module implements the monthly evaluation and annual evaluation of the team, which can be available for group company to carry on inspection to each team;team’s supply and demand information module provides a communication platform, so as to each project manager department can publish supply and demand information of enterprises here. Besides, the system also provides some auxiliary functions such as user group permissions management, system alarm and reports statistics, which brings great conveniences to the users of system. This system has established the complete labor service enterprise management database, which is convenient to check and manage information. At the same time, it achieves the information of labor services enterprise to report rapidly, accurately and efficiently. The system gives a good solution to the current problem existing in the management of labor service enterprises. |
