On-the-job postgraduate payment information management system is established in on-the-job postgraduate admissions category range. Complex setup of institute, specialty and different income distribution easily cause loss of tuition and chaotic situation of income distribution. Combing modern information technology, people can through database management and application of network technology to scientific and rationalization to manage and distribute payment of students. This will help college to make payment of students clearly and convenience management with fewer mistakes. Traditional manual management tuition method tends to be human error but also appears counterfeiting behavior and it is not easy to find. Construction of on-the-job postgraduate payment information management system is not only to achieve information system management but also greatly contributed to the pace of the construction of school information management.The project uses object-oriented thinking. It uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) software development methodology and Unified Modeling Language (UML) to analysis design description. Technology architecture uses J2EE technology platforms to develop framework. Using Structs+Spring+Hibernate technology framework and user interface management system to structure. Also, using key technologies such as XML configuration and date persistence to make all functions of on-the-job postgraduate payment information management system become true. In addition, the project uses B/S and C/S structure in two modes. First, students and management employees of institute use B/S system. They can use Web browser to pay fees and manage payment system. Second, education and financial departments of college use C/S system. These two modes ensure the stability of the operating system. Moreover, the systems will use firewall to safely separate school LAN switches and database in order to protect the security of data. The project mainly solved the following key issues. First of all, according to national collection of tuition fees for students of legal documents and relevant provisions of school tuition for students, it quickly set up students’ payment information. Second, according to the different types of students in schools, it publishes different payment instructions files to help students aware of their payment-related provisions. Third, most of students will pay tuition online. It includes different ways to pay such as money transfers and cash payment. It also allows students to apply for a refund of tuition. Fourth, managers of school can remind students to pay their fees through notifications of system or text messages. Fifty, according to different payment methods, financial employees can select different types of invoice printing mode. Sixth, according to different types of student s and different major colleges, school managers can establish relative classes for students. The last one is that this system provides school appropriate solutions for the end of year income distribution management and students’ account of the public classes cost.On-the-job postgraduate payment information management system construction replaces the previous manual charging students tuition fees. It makes payment system more reasonable and scientific than before. At the same time, it simultaneously also strengthened the school edition to be in charge of the department regarding the verification mechanism that the student paid expenses to manage and reduces existence of loophole and malpractice that had in the work...
