Analysis And Design Of Score Management System For Self-Study Exams In CEE Of Jiamusi University

With the rapid development of computer science and network techniques, computers are being used in all walks of life and are playing a more and more important role in information management.High schools are the driving force and in the forefront of informatization.Students’performance management is one of the most important tasks in school management and a standard to decide whether the school management is advanced. It’s the key to improve the quality of teaching management and the level of informatization management, for it requires timeliness and accuracy. All the high schools are using computer and network techniques to manage students’performance in exams.Based on performance management system for self-study exams in College of Extended Education (CEE) of Jiamusi University, the researcher analyzes its operation process and decides its functional demands:basic information maintenance, performance management, statistics of information search, system setting and system help. These five functions can satisfy the actual needs in performance management system, which has realized modern control of the students’registration, performance maintenance and graduation.Adopting object-oriented software development and UML modeling technique, the researcher has analyzed and designed the system carefully, making models using illustration, tatic structure models, sequence diagrams, state diagrams, block diagrams and physical model of deployment diagrams. The researcher has also completed the design of three-layered B/S model system and the concept design, logical design and physical design of the database.At the end of the essay, the researcher introduces in details the exam methods, offering the examples of exams, exam results and some exam interfaces and at the same time concludes the existing problems and ways to improve it.At present, this system has been used in CEE of Jiamusi University, which has proved to be efficient.
