Design And Implementation Of Management System Of Human Resources And Social Security Registration For Labor Bureau Of Tai’an City

With the deepening of economic system reform in Tai’an City, a large number of enterprises gradually withdraw from the state-owned enterprises, the lack of the original administrative department of labor and social security departments directly in the face, causing shares, private, individual and other types of enterprises. This requires the authorities to change the traditional labor management model, scientific, efficient, convenient and modern management means, carry out to the employing unit labor employment registration, labor contract management, the performance of labor and social security department management responsibilities.This paper describes the whole process of the development of VB.NET based on the employment registration management system. In the stage of system analysis, the first of Tai’an municipal human resources and Social Security Bureau, the current situation of labor employment registration management business process and functional requirements, then design the overall structure of the system, the system is divided into system announcement, laws and regulations, enterprise information management, contract management, labor management, the labor contract management, contract employment report and system set up a total of8function modules, and discusses the implementation of three layer system structure based on B/S. In the system design phase, the first detailed analysis of the relate to each function module and database tables, according to the business process is given for each functional module of the entity relationship diagram, and then the entity class and method of each function module was built using the object-oriented approach, the data access layer is realized by the stored procedure, ensure the security of the data to the greatest extent, finally gives the realization of interface module.Based on the employment registration management system development as the background, mainly do the following several aspects of the research:(1) the information timeliness labor registration management, and labor registration management process optimization.(2) considered the system security, authority distribution of users are designed in detail, and mainly in the storage process the data access layer function. (3) design system of business entity adopted the object-oriented design ideas, the business entity class encapsulation.Dynamic management of the above research results in Tai’an city human resources and Social Security Bureau of labor and employment registration, provides real-time and accurate basis for the leader’s decision, accelerate the employment registration management informationization construction.
