With the accelerated process of economic globalization, the rapid development of low-voltage electrical industry and the expansion of enterprise scale, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce and the variety of products is increasing which has raised higher requirements for the workshop assessment management. However, the existing system can not access the workshop job effectively. In order to improve the level and efficiency of the workshop management, a workshop assessment management system which adapts to the modern management requirements should be established. How to build a high-efficiency and low-cost workshop assessment management system which is suitable for the enterprise’s own need has become an urgent problem to be solved.Aiming at the existing assessment management issues from the workshop of Changshu switch manufacturing limited company, this thesis discussed the design and development of the labor assessment management system. The C/S structure was adopted in the system to meet the need of rapid implementation and application for the company. The system mainly includes the following function modules: account management, quota management, quality management, performance management and system management. Labor assessment management system is an integral part of the enterprise ERP system. The system introduced in this thesis worked well and improved the workshop management efficiency effectively at run time which makes it play an increasingly important role in improving the workshop management informatization. |
