With the deepening of the process of informatization and the promotion of paperless office,the problems that inefficient management, poor management model, the department co-management is not synchronized, communicating with customers not in time are occured in the evaluation of customer debt and classified CITIC Bank management.The problems above lead to chaos of the evaluation of customer’s debt and the classified management,and permanently lost in the business data and the classification and evaluation information of debt data.In view of the state of CITIC Bank’s evaluation of customer’s debt and classified managements perfect unification evaluation of customer’s debt and classified management system should be designed and implemented to manage the work of CITIC Bank’s evaluation of customer’s debt and classified management.CITIC Bank’s evaluation of customer’s debt and classified management system is based on Browser/Server architecture. Business can be operated by clints through WEB.The article introduces the design and implementation of the system, first of all it described the premise and background of the development of the system.introducing the research related to the system at home and aborad,describing the core technology involved in the system as well as main objectives and organizational structure.It is a summary instruction of the paper.Secondly,detailed requirement elicitation and analysis are carried out in the evaluation of customer’s debt and classified management.Thirdly,functional design and database analysis are realized according to the results of the requirement analysis.Finally.the article describes the implementation process of the system as well as the core code of the implementation process.The two modules that customer debt evaluation and management as well as classified management is realized in the CITIC Bank’s evaluation of customer’s debt and classified management system.In the early stage of system development, the staff extensively solicits the working conditions of first-line members of CITIC Bank’s evaluation of customer’s debt and classified management and detailed designed. Humane management and functional design are implemented to the users’ login to the system.Maintaining and managing users’ information.Applying visualization management of CITIC Bank’s evaluation of customer’s debt and classified management facilitate the evaluation and classified in customers’ debt management.System testing shows that the system basically meets the needs of CITIC Bank customer debt evaluation and classified management. The system implements customer debt evaluation and classified management as well as the unified management of staff and customers which greatly improve worker’s efficiency and security,reducing the cost of work of CITIC Bank’s evaluation of customer’s debt and classified management.
