Design And Implementation Of Chongqing Network Security Classified Protection Record Management System

As increasing the size of the computer network and application field,mode of network attack and also increased dramatically and the complex,attack on a network hackers and virus types varied,such as many safety protective measures is difficult to effectively resist network is illegal invasion,the supervision and management of network and information system and safety protection is particularly important,This paper studies the network security classified protection of the record system has a certain theoretical significance and engineering value.After the field to Chongqing network group for research,found that the current Chongqing classified protection record management work there are some problems.First of all,the grading materials are archived offline or with CD,which is a waste of time and space.Secondly,the work of unit grading and filing needs to go back and forth to the Public Security Bureau for many times,which is particularly a waste of manpower and time.Finally,Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau did not carry out the informatization and automation of the whole classified protection grading and filing work,and did not integrate the grading and filing work from the unit,information system and regulatory department,resulting in data island and information isolation.In order to solve the above problems,the design and development of this system,this system focuses on the design and development of a based on the overall structure,by the information unit,public security supervision organs,related support units to participate in the classified of protection work information system,the main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Conducted a detailed demand in Chongqing Network group,conducted business communication with the police related to classification and filing of protection,and then sorted out the current requirements for classification and filing of protection in Chongqing.(2)The paper studies the difference and connection between the information flow of the filing process in the network security classified protection in the Internet and the secret Intranet,clears up the existing process and designs the security issues of its respective operation,two-way transmission and sharing interaction in the two kinds of networks;(3)Research and development of unit registration,record unit management,record system management,record review,Intranet-Internet ferry and other functional modules,the system through testing and trial operation,the effect is good,can meet the actual work requirements.At present,the system has been put into use online and is in good running condition.In Chapter 7,there is a detailed description of the actual situation of the current use.It is hoped that Chongqing network security classified protection and record management work can be better and better with the assistance of this system.
