Along with development of photoelectric tracking system based on from earth toaircraft, ship, car and so on, the reliability of motor control system is directly relativeto the safety of the whole system. Through timely diagnosis of system failure, themotor control system with high ability of error tolerance is able to operate withoutweakening the performance. Under such background, control system based on thepermanent magnet synchronous motor, and online diagnosis of sensor and converter,and the tolerance strategy is studied.This paper summarize the difference and similarity of error diagnosis and errortolerance of system platform based on earth and movement platform. The current andfuture trend of motor control system based on movement platform is analyzed. Themodel and simulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is built, andthe vector control mode is also verified. Afterwards, the SVPWM is thoroughlyanalyzed.Considering the situation that the failure of permanent magnet synchronous motorand phase current, specific error detection method and error tolerance method isprovided, therefore the pointing of error phase current sensor is verified. Under thesituation that all the phase current sensor fails, the reconstruction of phase current willbe performed, and the method is descripted in detail.The error detection technology based on voltage model analysis method is proposedto fix the position of error of three phase converter of permanent magnet synchronousmotor. At the same time, comparison of tolerance of three phase converter isperformed, and the three phase four bridge converter is selected.Based on such theory, the software and hardware of permanent magnetsynchronous motor based on PC104and FPGA is built. The error tolerance control ofphase current is completed, and the reason of error is thoroughly analyzed. Afterwards,the performance of motor control system is testified, which offers the theoryfoundation for following engineering.
