The Software Design And Realization Of Wireless Remote Data Acquisition System

Data acquisition system is widely used in the operation monitoring of large and essential equipments. With the development of industry, the geographical distribution of large and ess-ential equipments becomes more scattered which makes operation monitoring difficult. Thus, wireless remote data acquisition system based on wireless Internet technology needs to be developed. This paper completes the design of wireless remote data acquisition system softw-are which provides a series of general data acquisition system software design methods and software framework based on embedded Linux platform.First, this paper analyses the structure of wireless remote data acquisition system and pr-ovides the overall plan of the wireless remote data acquisition system software. Then, in acco-rdance with the requirements of the overall scheme, the embedded Linux wireless remote data acquisition terminal software design of operation system layer is completed, including Linux ker-nel transplantation, Linux driver transplant and development and build of root file system. An improvement solution of Linux kernel real-time performance is also provided. After that, a general method of embedded Linux system software development is probed. Last, the app-lication software of embedded Linux wireless remote data acquisition terminal and the upper machine is designed. This software realizes the basic function of wireless remote data acqui-sition system. Considering the general utility of software, a wireless remote data acquisition system application software development model is provides.This paper tests the performance of data acquisition system based on different means of communication. The result shows that the designed software can meet the requirements of wireless remote data acquisition system.
