China locates in two main seismic belts. Wenchuan earthquake breaking out inLongmen mountain, sichuan earthquake zone has made great economic loss. And it isnot easy for earthquake-forecast depend on the current level of science and technology.When an earthquake break out, there is not enough time for people to escape, it ismore important to rescue after the catastrophe. Smooth communication system wouldhold more hopes of survival during the rescue work of earthquake.First the public communication system can not work after being destroyed whenthe catastrophe breaks out; Second, it takes long time for rescue team to get togetherand carry out the rescue. At that time, the victims are short of the necessarycommunication equipments to save themselves or others; finally, there are also manyproblems about the communication network during a rescue. By studying theemergency communication,analyzing the structure of communication and the flowsof information and summarizing the shortages of emergency communication and theproblems about the wireless frequencies in the rescue scene, we put forward a schemewhich aims at how to solve these problems.The idea of this article is from the09fund subject (the number is200908009-05)and the main contents of the research are as follows:1、It not only studied the emergency communication technology and applicationat home and abroad, But also summarized the present situation about emergencycommunication in rescue scene. And it analyzed the needs of communication duringthe time when the rescue team are not present by researching and gave an especialdescription about China earthquake rescue. Of course this subject also mentioned theresearch about the conflicts of Wireless frequencies and summarization about theshortages and problems in emergency communication in the period of rescue 2、Aiming at the needs of communication, scientists has analyzed the voices,datum, video in an earthquake rescue and organized the information. They alsosummarized the structure of network.3、It has put forward an idea of communication for victims in an earthquake tosave themselves and others, which is based on the wireless network of smartphone.Before the professional rescue team arrive at the earthquake-strickenarea,non-government rescue organization can realize the communication by voice,video, word within a small scope.4、In order to integration the voice, date and video and design a kind ofcommunication system which applies to the earthquake rescue scene by Referencingthe idea of McWill emergency communication system design, scientist has researchedthe whole structure of emergency communication about the rescue. This system canrealize the directing of emergency communication and solve the problems offrequency’ conflicts. at the same time it can provide interfaces for the equipments ofcommunication in the rescue scene.The chapter arrangements are as follows:Chapter1:It introduced the souse of the idea of the article and the background,purpose, significance of the subject, it also shows us the related research at home andabroadChapter2:It show us the main presented methods of emergency communicationand analyzed the unsolved problems of rescue after the earthquake by the technologyand equipments of emergency communication China has used. It also analyzed theneeds of emergency communication before the rescue team get theearthquake-stricken area and analyzed the problem of the frequency’conflicts.Chapter3:After analyzing the flow of information and the structure ofcommunication, it summarized the needs of voice, video, text and the flow ofinformation in the scene. And it divided the structure of the communication systeminto three parts----the rescue of communication subnet, the rescue of commandcommunication network, rescue of command centersChapter4:It has put forward an emergency communication software schemewhich is based on the wireless network of smart phone. it explained the keytechnology which the design has used. not only these, it analyzed the need of thesoftware functions and provided designs by combining the needs of the softwarefunctions in the real rescue scene. finally it should explain the test and evaluation ofsoftware. Chapter5:An emergency communication system design has been put forward,which is based on the earthquake rescue scene. And this kind of system referenced thefeatures and good points of the McWill system and came up with a kind of suitableMcWill emergency communication system design for the scene of the earthquakedisaster.Finally,draw a conclusion of the main work of the article and have a goodexpectation to the future work.we should study the common problems and developapplication program, aiming at the different mobile operating system.
