With the development of wireless communication technology, the design of the gradual transition to the communication of the wireless communication system of nuclear power plant presents new challenges. McWiLL advanced wireless communication technology has many advantages, such as:it supports high-speed mobile terminal roaming and handover, and which has a high-security, high bandwidth, wide coverage and other advantages; and can be NLOS. These advantages make large-scale application in various industries on the public network, electricity, manufacturing and other users, and enhance the reliability of the data to provide users with wireless voice transmission platform. Therefore, this paper proposes the use of McWiLL wireless communication system for nuclear power plant design to improve the performance of nuclear power plant communication system.Firstly, the wireless communication system from a nuclear power plant applications of wireless communication technology starting by comparing several pros and cons of wireless communication technology to determine the use of technology for the design of nuclear power plants McWiLL wireless communication system, and the necessity of the construction of nuclear power plant a wireless communication system. Secondly, the paper proposed system network architecture design. Secondly, basing on the principle of the design scheme of the system, it put forward detailed design of the architecture of the system, and made the McWiLL network deployment of the nuclear power plant, which meet the safety requirements. Lastly, according to the system design scheme and application environment, this paper made the McWiLL wireless communication system access terminal design and the overall hardware design scheme and each module implementation on the basis of the hardware environment; then according to the underlying hardware architecture designed a software architecture features, and the corresponding software design software based on functional architecture, gives the specific driver program design.
