Accorrding to IEC standard of61000-4.20, if having device measured the radiation interference in GTEM Cell, it should be fliped toward six different orientation. Currently, the implement of the control system mainly adopt the AT89C51as the core processor. Attributing to lack the resources, it must be expended to control variety of moters and set up the LCD, which can tip the operational processes. In order to improve the system performance, such as the stablity,portabilty, ease of operations and so on, the new control system based on ARM is designed.Firstly, studying the basis about the development of embedded systems, embedded Linux and Qt/Embedded, the overall scheme of this system is provided, in this paper, which takes the way of GUI to achieve the precise control and real-time display. Secondly, the the overall implementation scheme of hardware system and the critical designed circuit including the modules of LCD,USB and UART are introduced. As following, the development environment of software system is buit. Meanwhile, the software design of the system is focused on, including the parts of the image acquisition, controlling of drive, GUI. These combined with hardware circuit, it ultimately realize image acquisition and precise control functions.Finally, introducing the system hardware and software debugging, the problems encountered are given in the process of debugging hardware, debugging methods and steps about software, at the same time, experimental results are presented. The results show that the designed system by the way of human-computer interaction, achieve continuous image acquisition and precise control of the motor. Simultaneously, the system better meet the demand for intelligent, stability,because of its sensitivity, ease of use, etc. |
