With the rapid development of the network information technology, a number of large Enterprises and Research Institutions have entered informatization management era. Therefore, a new method has been adopted to convert paper documents to electronic documents, so that the documents can be stored for a long term. By this way, On the one hand, we could manage electronic documents easily with document magement system.on the other hand the documents could be queryed and shared easily by users. But with the increasing number of documents, a large amount of problems have been arising,such as a lack of reasonable and scientific management, the difficulties to store mass documents, the difficulties for users to retrive and share documents and so on. As a result, a document management system has gradually become a hotspot research in the industry both at home and abroad.On the basis of research on present situation and methods of Document Management System at home and abroad, document retrieval technology based on content is put forward to solve the problem of how to quickly retrieve the document what users really need in the mass of a document library, and access control method based on role-function-resources is used to solve the problem of document security access. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and requirements of document management in high-speed train digital simulation platform, the thesis proposes a file system and relational database mixed-used management strategy.and document management system based on content is designed and implemented.The functions, such as classification management of the document simulation, document retrieval based on the content and attribute and so on, are implemented in the system.On the basis of demand and its characteristics of document management system in high-speed train Digital simulation platform,the thesis uses the method of software engineering to analyse system requirements, design overall plan and design detailed program.In the document access security, we review the characteristics and application fields of traditional access control models, analyze the existing problems, and make focused research on access control methods based on role-function-resource,which is successfully applied in the system.Secondly, this thesis designes and implementes a fully functional document management system, which offers system management, upload, download, browse, document retrieval, synchronization between document and the corresponding database and so on, and has a variety of different use ways.It can satisfy high-speed train digital simulation platform for document management requirements.Finally, document management functions is provided according to call functions in a multilingual environment,to satisfy the different document management functions of the simulation system.The research achievements of this thesis have been used succussfully in the high-speed train digital simulation platform, and the result is good.
