With the on-going construction of military information and the deepening of the three armed service’s joint logistics integrated security mode, the function of rear warehouse which serves as the basis of our army’s strategic reserve has become a key problem which "is not the overall situation but influences that situation, and yet is not the center but affects the center". How to use high technology to strengthen the rear warehouse management, ensure the quality of goods, guarantee the quality of materials storage and improve the utilization of military products plays a vital role in the transformation of military fighting force generation mode.The temperature and humidity are identified as the two most important external causes by analyzing all the factors which affect the quality of military products. The rear warehouse has actual characteristics of strong concealment, over a broad area and less soldiers. After comprehensive survey and research, this paper creatively puts forward a new mode of multi-point distributed temperature and humidity monitoring system based on the wireless data transmission technology, which consists of host computer by using the Kingview to achieve dynamic display of data and slave computer formed by digital sensor and MCU. The final plan is established through comparatives the program, which achieves data transmission by using GPRS networks of China Mobile based on wireless data transmission unit of GPRS-DTU.Secondly, the hardware and software of temperature and humidity monitoring system have been desribed in detail. The hardware part includes the selection of sensors, MCU and GPRS-DTU, and the design of power circuit, connection circuit of each module and control circuit. The software part includes data acquisition module of slave computer, communication module between slave computer and host computer, wireless data transmission module by using C language and flow chart.Finally, the human-computer interaction interface of temperature and humidity monitoring system is designed by Kingview6.53, which includes four modules of user management, action queries, dynamic selection and real-time display. The temperature and humidity monitoring system simulation test is finished in above environment and the result shows that the system which has achieved the desired function is stable and reliable with high practical value.
