Now the development of mobile wireless communication system has brought a lot of convenience to people’s lives, but also promotes the development of the information society, the application of mobile communication technology is reflected in all aspects of life, including the use of wireless mobile communications technology for remoteimage transmission, video surveillance system design. Compared with traditional wired video surveillance system, mobile wireless video surveillance system has the advantages of low cost, flexible networking, and can be applied to military training, fire and rescue, emergency communications, and alao has greate research significance and social significance.This subject is research and design of mobile wireless video surveillance system, including system program design and the realization of system hardware circuit. The system selected and implemented two kinds of design schemes, hardware circuit part comprises a base part of the circuit design and RF transceiver design and implementation. After the system intergration of baseband and RF section, system performance was tested. Finally, the multi-device networking test, the demonstration of the application of mobile wireless video surveillance system is done in a laboratory environment, basically reached the requirements of the design.The paper mainly describes the issues raised by two design schemes, namely the design and realization of the zero-IF program and superheterodyne program design and implementation, the two schemes have their respective advantages and disadvantages. And the superheterodyne scheme was carried out network research and application. This paper us emphatically introduces two kinds of scheme about RF transceiver design and implementation, in which the transmitter design is key. Finally, the research work carried out conscientiously sum up, the next stage of work was prospected.
