With the rapid economic development of Kunshan, all electronic manufacturers havesettled in Kunshan, make the metering equipment various models of various interface onthe market, in order to meet the requirements of all kinds of measurement of enterprises,enhance the production efficiency, the lab has been adding new equipments, in laboratoryat present already contains a variety of instrument interface of different equipmentmanufacturers. Such as RS-232, USB, GPIB and LAN. Automatic measurementinstrument with software provided by the manufacturer. However, measurement softwareof each instrument manufacturers, are independent of each other can not communicate witheach other, and the control interface and control flow variety.This paper mainly describes, through the use of CVI programming and database, tosolve the control problem of different communication interface equipment of thelaboratory, as well as through the database, to control the interface has the same functionalequipment control interface and control process of unified design and humanization,reduce the time of training difficulty and training of operators. At the same time, throughthe acquisition and data processing of data database, can accurate rate of repeatedworkload to reduce manual data processing and improve the report. Preservation offunction through the database data, can provide some special data forms such as curvefunction. At the same time according to the requirements of enterprises, in accordance withthe requirements of data report form for enterprises.
