Research On Intangible Cultural Heritage Records Exhibition

The history and culture which has no literature to record is vague, and of all the documents the records are the most real, reliable, authoritative and certificate sexual primary information resources. Taking full advantage of the records to establish identity protection for the national culture is our responsibility to protect and pass on the intangible cultural heritage. The basic measure for the protection of intangible cultural heritage is to establish the intangible cultural heritage records. It is conducive to provide basic information resources for the protection of the intangible cultural heritage, help to promote the study of the intangible cultural heritage and improve the level and quality of the publicity and promotion of intangible cultural heritage.This paper consists of six parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, the research contents and methods and innovative ideas and research. The second part summarizes the connotation and characteristics of opening and utilizing archives, archives form and approach, and open the opening and utilization of archives and information security connotation and significance. The third part mainly points out the opening and utilization of archives and information security problems. Launches the analysis from the aspects of file security hardware and software environment, laws and regulations, security technology, management method, standard construction, talent cultivation, points out the existing problems of every plate. The fourth part is the construction of the third chapter of the paper mainly introduces the project file security capability. Two from the aspects of entity and electron archives, introduces in detail the construction of archival opening and utilizing the software and hardware environment and information security support capacity building, improve the policies and regulations guidance ability construction, strict security ability construction safety technology, scientific management ordered based capacity, uniform industry standard implementation capacity and speed up the training of personnel the development of capacity building. The fifth part introduces the file security mechanism and supervision system. This paper expounds the necessity of establishing archival emergency security system, a detailed description of the emergency safeguard system construction process and file content, put forward the theory of idea.
