The Design And Implementation Of One Vehicle Maintenance System

Due to the particularity of the launch site, vehicle management system is also different from other industries, the equipment, use and maintenance of the vehicles management work carried out by different agencies, so systematic and comprehensive management model is difficult to achieve. For a long time, therefore, the vehicle management work mainly relies on manual documentation, whose management efficiency is low and mistakes are difficult to avoid, which greatly restricts the vehicle security work. Through survey, vehicle administrator personnel has a pressing need for the informatization of vehicle management. For this purpose, the design and implementation of vehicle maintenance management system is of great significance.This article is based on the influence of modern information management thoughts to traditional manual management business. Through deep research for the management system and mode of vehicle maintenance at lunch site, we planned and designed all the business flows, analyzed the functions’ model of this system. This system adopted C/S architecture, C# language, Winform window control technology and SQL Server 2012 database to design and implement.System mainly realized the vehicle maintenance, vehicle technology management, equipment management, maintenance management, system management and information query. Vehicle maintenance management completed vehicle repair order booking, vehicle maintenance management, vehicle dispatching, vehicles condition inspection, vehicle fault description, vehicle maintenance projects choice, customer confirmation and other functions. Vehicle technology management implemented vehicles technical archives management, vehicle size registration, car repairs, separate registration, vehicle maintenance and engine cylinder wear overhaul registration. Equipment maintenance management includes equipment definition and maintenance, supplies definition and coding, car material inventory management, vehicle dispatch management, withdrawing materials management. Maintenance unit management includes maintenance tools management, maintenance department management, staff leave management, personnel transfer, maintenance personnel document management. System management achieves the system attribute definition, rights management, business unit management, model definition and management, vehicle inputting, fault type definition, fault project definition, project definition and maintenance, additional project definition. Information query achieves the work order query, dispatching settlement information query, query staff working hours, hang nuclear work order information query, query maintenance machines, query completed project and query equipment information.The operation of this system can significantly improve the scientificity and effectiveness of use, maintenance, and the whole life cycle management of vehicle, reduce resource consumption, improve the economic benefit and drive to improve the development of vehicle equipment support ability.
