The Decision Support System Of A Grain Enterprise On Large Amount Of Data Comprehensive Analysis

With the rapid development of the enterprise information construction in recent years, the enterprise’s core business system of the food enterprise has formed to a mature system. It includes business management information system, funds centralized management system, financial statements management system, policy of grain management system, human resource management system and so on. And it supports the enterprise’s daily business operations well. But with the development of the enterprise, enterprise will produce a large amount of data, at the same time the company leadership needs to be timely, accurately grasp the overall situation of the company and understand the factors affecting the development of enterprises; there is an urgent need to establish a special business intelligence decision support system.This paper is dedicated to analyze the large amount of data come from the enterprise or associated with the enterprise. In order to help the leadership make good decisions for the enterprise, the project team developed a set of intelligence decision support system. The system displays comprehensive analysis of the theme results for enterprise overall company and grain depot leadership hierarchical. It realized some subjects such as comprehensive exhibition board, evaluation index analysis, financial analysis, auxiliary measure, macro environment and so on. It involves the operation of various divisions of the company.For comprehensive analyzing the large amount of data, we build data center to collect and integrate every source system data inside and outside the enterprise. Comprehensive analysis system built subject oriented data model, and system planned and implemented six business analysis projects, more than110classes and more than4000theme analysis. And the model supports multi-dimensional and multi-level analysis of data. The system supports data slice and data retrospect up and down. There are many ways of data analysis, such as trend analysis, composition analysis and comparative analysis. The system can also support early warning data. Using reporting tools to make report can reduce the difficulty of report development and improve the efficiency of project development. It can make the front-end interface diversified. The system uses various graphs fully on the comprehensive analysis of the results show, which are provided by reporting too, such as line charts, pie charts, bar charts, dashboards, progress bar, bubble diagram and waterfall diagram, etc.The system uses an enterprise application development platform, which is based on Java EE technology, uses B/S architecture, uses SOA thinking to build technical architecture, and uses the DB2database to realize the integration of so much data from the information system internal and external of the enterprise. It integrates reports from reporting tool on the development platform and makes the front interface show various diagrams by embedding the report to system. The system on providing business leaders the comprehensive analysis of the large amount of data and the auxiliary decision support has certain practicality and foresight.
