The Design And Implementation Of Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Management System For Weifang Public Security Fire Control Team

Police Fire Brigade was established to protect people’s lives and property by state and local departments. In the case of fire disaster, people immediately need rescue of the Police Fire Brigade. That is critical and related to the continuous and safe development of society and related to the country’s economic construction, social stability and people’s fundamental interests. Therefore Police Fire Brigade must seriously complete maintenance management of fire extinguisher and does not allow the conditions like neglect or being unattended happen. We must adopt the latest information means to develop the maintenance management system of fire extinguisher of Police Fire Brigade to design a suitable B/S structure to build the system so that we can achieve networked management of the maintenance of fire extinguisher of Police Fire Brigade.This paper detailed describes requirements elicitation and analysis, the system design and the content of implementation of the maintenance management system of fire extinguisher of Police Fire Brigade. The system use object-oriented analysis and design methods. Firstly, getting requirements elicitation and analysis of the maintenance of fire extinguisher of Police Fire Brigade to clearly understand the related workflows in the management work, so that we confirm the functions needed to implement and the way to implement. In the design stage of the system, we used Struts+spring+hibernate framework, and got the overall structure of the model, view and controller, and designed database and detailed features of the system, finally realized all the features of the system.The system implement five functions:data terminal, the maintenance center management, fire inspection system, the maintenance operating system and the repair operating system. Data terminal implemented the functions including field operations, queries, and data management; the maintenance center management implemented the functions including management of maintenance center, management of maintenance units, information management of fire protection equipment, maintenance of management information of system and management of system tools and management of data correction; fire inspection system implemented the functions including management of fire inspection information, information inquiry of maintenance units, and other information inquiry; the maintenance operating system implemented the functions including the maintenance task list management, regular inspection management, maintenance work log, information inquiry of maintenance units, work information statistics, and center information query release; the repair operating system implemented the functions including the maintenance task list management, maintenance work log, information inquiry of maintenance units, work information statistics, and center information query release.The deployment and operation of the system meet the needs of the maintenance management of fire extinguisher of Police Fire Brigade, and achieve many objectives: putting the configuration design of fire extinguishers in the scope of the supervision and verification of fire protection of construction engineering, and treat it as one of acceptance projects; putting the condition of use and maintenance of fire extinguishers into daily fire supervision, and public security fire control institutions should supervise and guide the use unit to do the maintenance management of fire extinguisher; cracking down the fake behavior in the field of maintenance management of fire extinguisher; with the consideration of neglected maintenance management of fire extinguisher, providing informationalized solutions for he maintenance management of fire extinguisher of Police Fire Brigade; implementing the networked automation architect of Police Fire Brigade, further improving the efficiency of work and working level, forcing the fire brigade work toward to goals of informatization, networking, and modernization.
