The Design And Implementation Of Fire Supervision Inspection Management System For Beijing Municipal Public Security Fire Department

The application of the management system of fire supervision and inspection has a distinct advantage in mitigating conflict, increasing corporate unit’s oversight.Beijing Public Security Fire Department’s fire inspection management system during the process of the design and realization, analyed the existed management system of Beijing at first, and then take advantage of today’s most advanced technology to design it. The management system of fire supervision and inspection at the basic part of the code design uses object-oriented Java language, and use of B/S mode to devide application system architecture into server-side and client-side. At the same time when comes to the design of the system architecture, using J2EE technology architecture divided the entire system architecture into three layers, the application of Hibernate framework technology provides a convenient in reading data from SQL SERVER 2012 database.When comes to the division in the system module operations, divided module contains generating inspection task module, checking the task module, task management division module, hidden tracking module, law enforcement statistics module, query statistics module. Generating inspection task module implements the functions including sampling plan, supervision, daily supervision and inspection and complaint; Self checking the task module functions realized self did not have a knot task, self has knot tasks, review tasks, ad hoc queries and force execution; The division of tasks management module functions implemented random division of tasks, adjust the division of tasks, the unit of data entry, the entire detachment entry summary and monthly data query; The hidden tracking module function achieved hidden track review of registration, immediately correcting the tracking and confirmation, usually hidden unit of analysis, significant risk to close the case situations; The enforcement statistics module functions implemented dynamic statistical in fire agencies, police dynamic statistics, law enforcement units monthly, monthly summary of the police station and the whole detachment monthly summary; Query statistics module functions implemented supervision plan, supervision and inspection plans, legal document management and other document management.The design and implementation of fire inspection management system will deepen impression of the law enforcement purpose and meaning for the masses, and correctly understand construction necessity of the construction supervision and law enforcement, and then assist staff in Beijing Public Security Fire Department’s to achieve the supervision and inspection work efficiently and accuratly.
