With the development of society and technology, various types of units and activities are more and more. This phenomenon brings huge market prosperity and it also brings huge fire danger. But people’s fire fighting consciousness always can’t keep up with the development of the city, which led to the frequent occurrence of fire. In order ensure the safety of people’s life and property, improve the fire supervision and management department’s working efficiency, standardize fire supervision and inspection work processes, improve the information process of fire management, this thesis presents the development of the supervision and inspection of fire manage system to manage fire supervision and inspection work. In the process of system development,this thesis mainly does the following work:(1) In this thesis, the actual situation on the investigation of fire supervision and inspection work is been done, and the problems are analyzed. This thesis proposes the use of information technology tools to carry on the management to the supervision and inspection of fire.(2) In this thesis, the requirement analysis and design for the system are been done.This thesis analyzes the functional requirements, non functional requirements and Feasibility analysis. In the non functional requirements, this thesis analyzes the performance requirements, ease of use requirements and security needs requirements. In the feasibility analysis, this thesis mainly analyzes the technical feasibility and economic feasibility.(3) In this thesis, the design process of the system is introduced in this thesis.. It mainly introduces the system architecture design, use case design, business process design, function design and database design. System uses B/S architecture of three layers. The business of the system including fire supervision, fire investigation and administrative punishment. The function module of the system includes system manage module, unit manage module, fire inspection manage module, fire investigation manage module, the administrative punishment manage module and query and statistics module.The database design of the system mainly introduced object oriented database design methods, the concept design and structure design of database.(4) This thesis implements and test on the system. In the system implementationphase, this thesis described the implementation process of the system, including system login, fire safety inspection, unit sampling, extension of management functions, review management and complaints and report management. The development platform is Visual Studio 2010; the development language is C#, the database SQL Server 2005.The test shows that the system is steady, and the function is reasonable. The system can meet the needs of fire supervision and inspection work.
