The Design And Implementation Of Procuratorial Technology Business Management System For Weifang Procuratorate

Procuratorial technical business of the procuratorate is mainly to record some technical appraisal. We can dynamically track and manage the procuratorial technical business from accepting cases to the division, issuing materials, expert appearing in court, revocation of appraisal conclusion, closing the case of procuratorial technology and generating test paper by this system. So that we can improve the efficiency of procuratorial technical business management, administrative efficiency and service quality of the procuratorate.The article analyzes the accepting cases management, divisional management and issuing materials and other businesses in the process of procuratorial technical business. Accepting cases management offers users the functions such as file management and input for new cases, and the superior leadership can make the corresponding examination and approval and administration for entried case. Divisional management implements the function that we distribute the case to some investigator before earring on the preliminary investigation in the case. Issuing materials is mainly to obtain and manage the material that the case related.Issuing materials which is the child business of procuratorial technical business management system mainly realizes the functions such as issuing materials input, modify, query, delete, related document editing management and examination and approval management of issuing materials, etc.In the process of implement, we proposed J2EE architecture, and take the B/S three-tier architecture. Then it divide it into multiple layers, control layer and business layer. In the implementation, we adopt MVC (Model-View-Controller) software design pattern, and adopts SQL SERVER2005database to solve the data management. Based on needs and accesses and analysis,we complete the static modeling and dynamic modeling of the system using UML modeling tools in the article. It is useful to use a variety of ways to design in details in the main functions, like flow chart, activity diagram and timing diagram. In the end, it describes the realization by some useful information. In addition, it describes the key problem and implementation of the system.The design and implementation of this system is mainly to improve the informatization and automation of procuratorial technical business. So that it can comprehensively improve the whole efficiency of the procuratorate, and make more work for economic development.
